About

It’s easy for a beginning attorney to set up a “virtual office,” build a fancy website, forward all calls to his cell phone, and call himself “an aggressive law firm.” He might even charge a little less while he’s “getting his foot in the door.” But does he or she have the experience and relationships to fight your case? What happens when you need support and your attorney is in court? What happens when he or she gets too busy to answer your questions, or worse, doesn’t know the answers? You need a team to help you during this difficult time. Our attorneys are active in the legal community and work hard to further their education, keeping abreast of changes in the laws and justice systems throughout Utah. All our attorneys have advanced training in the same field sobriety and drug testing procedures that law enforcement personnel have, and so do many of our staff members! In fact, one of our paralegals is an ex-police officer, which experience gives our firm unique insight into these agencies procedures and people. We have a policy of open communication with our clients, and with our full support staff, we do everything we can to ensure that your case is handled competently from start to finish and has the best possible outcome.
