Did you know that Old West Mortgage is Ogden's Oldest and Most Reliable independent mortgage brokerage? Serving Utah since 1977. Owner and local banker Marvin Steed, was later joined by his sons Richard and David. We believe that if you provide competitive rates and programs in a fair and friendly manner that people will come back again when the need arises. This has proven true over the years in that many customers have been in three and four times to refinance or purchase a home. They often send their friends and relatives which we consider a great compliment. Over one-half of our business is actually from referrals and word of mouth.
